What this covers
On a fast forming cycle, layout can't be a once-a-week visit. We work to your pour schedule: setting wall and column lines, checking blockouts, embeds and box-outs, and re-establishing control on each new deck.
Coordinating directly with your superintendent and lead hands means conflicts between the architectural, structural and MEP drawings get caught before they're cast in.
Layout services do not replace licensed surveying. For construction use only.
