Construction layout

As-Built Verification

Tolerance checks on completed formwork and pours.

What this covers

Before you pour — or before the next trade starts — we measure what's actually built against the IFC model: wall lines, column positions, slab edges, embed and sleeve locations, floor-to-floor.

You get a clear record of where each element sits relative to design, with anything outside tolerance flagged while it's still cheap to correct.

Layout services do not replace licensed surveying. For construction use only.

What you get

  • Formwork and pour positions measured against the IFC model
  • Wall, column, slab-edge and embed locations verified
  • Out-of-tolerance items flagged with location and offset
  • A written as-built record for your project file
