A Toronto layout and excavation company. Since 2014 we’ve worked alongside concrete forming crews on jobs across the GTA.
Built on real site work
Warehouses, low-rise condos, podium slabs, curved formwork and deep foundations. All of it done on live sites, not at a desk.
Everything is laid out from issued-for-construction drawings. We deal directly with project managers, supers and forming crews so footings, walls and pours land where they should the first time.
We bring our own GNSS RTK equipment, so layout can start the day we’re on site.
Layout services do not replace licensed surveying. For construction use only.

We read the drawings
Every layout starts in the IFC set. We work from the model, not a marked-up print, and we cross-check the architectural, structural and mechanical drawings against each other.
We know the tolerances
Knowing what a pour can and can’t absorb is the difference between a punch-list note and a demo. We hold and check to real construction tolerances.
We catch it early
The cheapest time to find a layout problem is before the forms close. A second set of experienced eyes on site pays for itself.
